Later, this ritual broadcast to accommodate gift-giving amid the accepted populace. Capital Punishment

Capital punishment, the death penalty, or execution is the killing of a person by judicial process as a punishment for an offense. “ZONA”

November 25, 1984, a contingent of more than two hundred Philippine marines raided the compound occupied by Rizal Alih and his group at Gov. Alvarez street, Zamboanga City, in search of loose firearms, ammunition and other explosives. The soldiers could have easily obtained a search warrant from any of the ten civil courts then open and functioning in Zamboanga City. But they instead simply barged into the beleaguered premises on the verbal order of their superior officers.

Foreign Judgements

There are instances when a Filipino who is residing in the Philippines, or a Philippine corporation whose business activities are confined locally, are sued abroad, say, for collection of a sum of money or for damages. Suppose the foreign court renders judgment against the Filipino individual or corporation but the defendant does not have any assets in the foreign country, may the foreign judgment be enforced here in the Philippines?
